Refund policy

** Since all funds raised from the sales of these products go towards supporting Latinas in our community, we have a firm NO REFUND Policy on ALL orders, ONLY Store Credit or Exchange for a different item will apply.

• Include Your Original Order # as well as the reason for Return/Exchange in the attached form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/10W7MlW_7RQIFPiahT86hnCe1zdi88GsNFdw4y2aHX2c/edit  .
• We will accept your items if you have sent them back within 7 days of receiving them.
• You will receive via email a Store Credit, which can be used to purchase the correct size or any other item from our catalog.
• Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping charges. 
• Returned item(s)Must be unworn and in BRAND NEW condition. LA TIENDITA LIT reserves the right to refuse an exchange if these conditions are not met.
• Discontinued items are Final Sale and not Eligible for exchange.

Credit will be issued for Purchase Price less Shipping Cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders are charged immediately upon submission. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us and we will issue a store credit for the purchase price. If the order has not yet been shipped we will include the shipping charge in your store credit.

*NOTE: Customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees for returns or exchanges. 

 

Return Processing time:

Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been processed.  Original shipping charges are not eligible for store credit.
